City Lights

City Lights is an oil painting by Sheryl Knight of the view from Franschesci Park in Santa Barbara overlooking the city and the ocean.  This painting is in the evening when the moon was reflecting on the Pacific and the lights of the city can be seen from this higher viewpoint along the Riviera.   Its companion piece which is a daytime scene is called Overlooking the Pacific.
