Red Barns in Spring

Red Barns in Spring is an original oil painting by Sheryl Knight.  It is a scene taken from several barns on a hillside near San Luis Obispo, CA.  They sit at the top of a hill with the backdrop of tall eucalyptus trees.  I especially loved the large open fields in front of the barns and used my artistic license to make the fields loose and colorful.  I also made two of the barns red instead of the grayish brown that they actually are.  Red barns always seem more fun to me!
