Sunlit Hillside

Sunlit Hillside is an original oil painting by Sheryl Knight.  It is a landscape scene from Santa Ynez Valley in Central California of the beautiful golden hills and oaks that are so typical of the area.  In the winter these hills are fairly green, but in late spring and summer they turn to a lovely golden color that lights up when the sun hits them near the end of the day leaving long shadows from the oak trees.
