Symphony of Light

Symphony of Light, an original oil, is a painting by Sheryl Knight.  The view is of a county road in Eastern Texas in spring.  The trees were overhanging the worn road in a magnificent way.  The bright sunlight came through dancing on the leaves, the grasses, and the road.  Subsequently, it made an enchanting dappled light pattern everywhere.  It was a beautiful scene and joy to paint.  The shadows across the old worn road helped to make the painting all the more interesting and connect the trees and land on either side of the road, which is the lead in to the painting.
